Cinnamon (Powder, 340 g (Pack of 1))

Having be been used to more common cinnamon powders, I was not impressed by this at first, as it congealed into a gel when mixed into water.But that's because the cinnamon has been finely powdered.This is a usda certified, high quality product.It is extremely effective as a nutraceutical supplement and of course as a masala.At this point, I have bought more more than 20 packs of 250gms and wish it was available in larger packs.I am a fan.

This is an USDA certified product so it can be more trusted than others here which are selling their products as fake ceylon cinnamon.This cinnamon is a casia type which is produced in india and it is rightly labelled. If you are aiming to use this cinnamon for your health drink with ACV and lemon juice in warm water i would suggest that use in small quantity and not half tpsn daily as it is found that cinnamon casia is not good for ones liver over long period in higher quantities as it as a chemical called coumarin which is not good for liver... while an authentic ceylon cinnamon has just a trace of coumarin and therefore is safer for ones body but it is rare to found.

The flavor and scent of cinnamon is not present in the powder. The cinnamon taste is spicy but this powder tastes and smells like saw dust

This is the best cinnamon till date. I am using cinnamon since few years. Everything is great flavor texture taste. One more thing its USDA certified organic cinnamon and the quality speeks itself. Surely buy again. Also got 10 herbal tea 🍵 pouch sample as freebie.

Though Cinnamon coma from two different species of Cassia one flavours better than the other and harder to get

This cinnamon powder something seems to be not right. The taste is somehow different with very light smell only when you open the container or else no smell. Quality is not good. Regret buying it.
