These monsters are EASY TO SWALLOW even though they are giant. Easier to swallow than any other calcium I've tried

This is a great buy in my opinion.

These pills are huge. I wasn't sure if I'd be able to swallow them but it turns out I was. If you have trouble swallowing huge pills, you may have to cut them open, use a pill crusher, or drink a glass of water prior to taking these. I am lactose intolerant and have not had dairy milk for years, so I knew I was calcium deficient. I recently hurt my wrist from holding a chonky tablet with a case on it for an extended period of time (guessing wrist strain) and it hadn't really healed for over a week. I also have chronic knee pains and get shin splits (or whatever they're called) when jogging. Well, duh. That was all due to less than 20% of my DV of calcium intake. I've taken this once and the majority of my wrist feels painless just over night- there's still a slight amount of pain but I'm sure it'll be fine within a few days or so. My knees no longer have pain in them either, so I'm very happy with this. Obviously if you're getting close to your DV of calcium every day you probably won't have as a drastic improvement as I have. I wasn't even expecting to feel any effect until a few weeks or so, but wow. I recommend this if you're lactose intolerant and hardly getting any calcium in your diet.

Very nice, soft capsules easy to swallow.

Seems to be working fine. My recent blood work shows it working well.

I've been ordering this for a few years now. So far,it works for me.

It is a big pill (long) but it is very slick and goes down easily. I have had a problem with smaller pink pills.
