Chinese garlic is the main source of so many garlic powders you buy in the store these days, including some "organic" brands. How can garlic grown is waste water in China outside of basic U.S. agricultural inspection be "organic?" The answer is: It can't. This is California grown garlic. It has dark flecks in it, unlike the Chinese sourced-stuff that is of one off-white color. Keep your old garlic powder bottle, throw away the contents and replace them with this stuff. You'll be glad you did. I think people are beginning to get the word out about Chinese-grown garlic. That word is, "Avoid at all costs." It also tastes much better than the bland Chinese stuff.

I like mixing my own herb seasonings and was so happy with this purchase. Its small enough for a grinder to grind it with lemon or orange peel to season fish, or mix with other herbs for chicken, beef and pork.I will buy from them again! This was a free shipping purchase from Amazon, so I can't say how long the shipping time is normally.

If you like garlic really like this. I put it on everything and I really like the size of it too.

Love Marshalls Creek spices, especially the garlic. Most I've purchased end up absorbing moisture, but this one doesn't. I'm guessing it's because of the Parsley flakes, but for whatever reason this product is the best I've used so far.
