Brotherwise Games Unearth Lost Tribe Expansion

I like this base game because it utilizes several dice. You use them as you delve into old ruins. You need the high numbers to get the ruin. You also get rewards for low numbers by collecting ruin stones and putting them together for various wonders. This expansion added to the base game in many ways to make it better. First, new dice and new ruins. Previously, the roll of a four was the only real bad roll. You couldn't do anything with it. Now, there are special cards to reward you for rolling a four. Very good. The game comes with new ruin stones to add to the others. They give you more delver cards, can enable you to switch stones in your tableau or act as wild cards with a minor penalty at the end of the game. It also comes with an extra score sheet with bonus for collecting every type of ruin and extra end of game cards which are very good. Adds extra length to the game while making it better than before. The game also comes with a solo variant in which you are playing with the dark ones. You score points as normal and dark ones have their set of cards as well as scenario cards. They are trying to make stones in their tableau as well as collect ruins. Overall outstanding and necessary addition to a great game that made it even better. Every component for this expansion fits nicely into the original base game's box. Great expansion.

I preordered this expansion and was so excited to receive it. The box it comes in is flimsy and very obviously intended to be thrown away. My copy was missing a d8, but Brotherwise was quick to provide a replacement free of charge! The expansion is fun and adds a new element to the game. Plus, the little figuring makes a great addition to my collection!

This adds extra cards as well as some extra features. You can also choose to play with five people or solo with this expansion.

Unearth is a fun game, and this expansion makes it even better. I love the addition of the fifth player and the special Delver Cards that are only useable when a four has been rolled.The only bad thing to say about Unearth is that setup is a bit time consuming. I also worry about losing the hex pieces that accompany the Wonder cards.

Got this gift for my husband. We love the original and so we got the expansion to go with it. very fun. its been a hit every time we have invited friends over to play.

My whole family 10-70 years old enjoy playing this game together. The extension pack is great, too. It has a solitaire version.

Now you can add a 5th person with the new tribe, totally worth it just to make Unearth 5 players.

I loved the look of Unearth and bought it and the Lost Tribe expansion for solo play. It was a bit confusing to figure out at first how to set up for solo play if you never played it before, so I played a 2 player game (by myself) in order to better understand how to set it up for one player. I have played it solo 2 times and STILL got some rules wrong, but I think I have it down now. Easier to watch some videos and read rules questions on boardgamegeek if you have problems. It is also a darn fair price for what you get. The items from the expansion box will fit into the Unearth box to save space.

La única pega que se le puede poner es que no está en español, pero es muy poco dependiente del idioma quitando el manual de instrucciones, que tampoco es muy dificil entender lo nuevo que añade.Añade un 5º jugador, más cartas de ruina y de ruinas finales, más fichas de construcciones mayores y menores. Unas fichas nuevas incoloras, que se consiguen igual que las demás, pero con tres poderes que puedes usar. Unas cartas adicionales de tribu que se juegan solo cuando alguien saca un 4 y además un modo solitario. Si disfrtutas del juego original cómpralo sin dudarlo.

Aún no pruebo sus 3 aspectos, pero de lo que he jugado me ha gustado mucho cómo se integra al juego base. Muy recomendable

A lovely made and well put together addons to an already charming game. The art style is gorgeous and you can really feel the atmosphere.
