This stone may or may not be an actual emerald, but I can tell you it is DYED a dark green. Putting it in soapy water turned the water as green as the stone. Which an actual raw untreated emerald will definitely not do. I am very disappointed in their false advertising. Shame on you for your deception!

I should have known better. I wanted a raw emerald to add to my collection and instead got a heavily dyed, unnatural one. It took WEEKS to clean the dye off to a more natural color. Seriously disappointed.

It may have been real but it was artificially dyed to look greener. It was supposed to be a natural, raw stone. Instead it looked like something out of the Wizard of Oz.
