Q: Can this fold forward, or does it only fold backward?

The 3 bow can fold either forward or backward.

Q: Does this come with rear support poles like the picture shows, or just straps?

The rear support is a strap. The poles only mount in 1 location. Then front and rear straps. I think the straps are better then the poles. As long as you keep them tight. My Yamaha boat does about 60 mph and the top holds fine.

Q: My boat is not 67" im right at 66" will this work for my boat

My boat is 67" wide (outside edge to outside edge). I mounted the bimini at about 65" wide so you should be fine.
