Best to get organic
Work well, but get organic unless you want the brakes to sound like they are screaming in the wet.Not much else to say really.

Don't fit SRAM Code RSC's
Compared to my old organic pads the hole for the bolt does not line up meaning not all of the pad touches the disc. Was under the impression SRAM guides, codes, avid etc were the same and fit the calipers. Still stops the bike.

Very Powerful and seem to be lasting, they do squeal when wet, but that is to be expected with Sintered Steel break pads. the bite doesn't seem to be too reduced comapired to the organics that were on before, and they came with a new spring, pin and clip, which was very useful as my old organic pad decided to eject the breaking surface out towards the end of their life and that causes the spring to get mangled.
