Q: Has anyone used this ribbon for dummy clips

You would need to double hem it as it will fray - it’s not a thick ribbon so may crease /twist for dummy clips

Q: Can this be washed at 60 degrees?

I think it would possibly wrinkle at that heat. I would be more inclined to do a 30 degree delicate.
