When you looking to meal prep...this is a great bag. Comes with everything you need except spoons and forks. I usually work out one day, and come back home the next. This bag helps to make life workable. Hold 3 meals, 3 drinks, medicine and a few snacks. The more you pack the more you eat...lol. This is the right size for what I do. They last a little more than a year of heavy usage. This is a heavy duty bag. Well worth the money, just got my 2 bag...others cost almost twice as much.

Solid lunch bag. It’s large, has lots of room, keeps food cool and is easy to carry. I’m able to stuff gym shorts into one pocket to change into after work and a water bottle and the protein shaker on the other pocket and it does not feel tight. I use different meal prep containers than the one provided. They still fit but I have to put the ice packs inside on one side and one in the back instead of the other side but that is my biggest complaint! Everything else is great, the shaker bottle too! I use it to hold preworkout or protein powder and the bottom cases hold my capsules. Everything fits well and this was my best purchase this month! Definitely recommend if you are looking for a large lunch bag that can hold a lot.

Close thing i found to replace my 6-pak fitness lunch box for more than half the price.

I used it for work and it holds a lot of food/stuff. The ice packs don’t last for a super long time and your frozen blueberries will be cold and watery, but everything was still preserved enough to not be a nasty temperature. I would NOT trust soup in the containers. I’m not really a soup kind of guy normally so I don’t mind. The containers leaked while cleaning them out so you have been warned. I also wish that the containers for the shaker bottle (that attach to the bottle) were the same “large” size. I needed to make 2 protein shakes and the extra room in the larger of the 2 was really nice. However, I’ve figured out that I can fit these other meal prep containers in there. Plus I can buy more ice packs to REALLY make my stuff last. So overall it has some good advantages.

I had read that some people said could not carry all there food they eat but for a normal lunch bag to take to work is perfect , like it comes with its own containers and i dont have to buy others, and the side pockets for drinks and water bottles. Only complain is that one of the lids already crack , i still use it but already crack kinda bum out since its not heavy used just for lunch every night. other then that would have been a 5 star

I've owned this lunchbox for over 2 years now and by far the best lunchbox that I've ever owned. Normally, I would've been on my 3rd lunchbox by now, as most lunchboxes barely make it through the year without the interior or exterior ripping, or both. Aside from it being dirty, it's still in one piece, no rips on the outside, insulation is still intact in all 3 pouches. The zipper bag in the inside is still intact, the zipper 100% still functional, the net itself has no rips or holes forming, and I have quite a bit of stuff in it. No issues with the stitching, zippers no longer working, everything still works as it should. I highly recommend this lunchbox.

Perfect for people that work 12+ hours a day! The two ice packs stay cool for 16 hours during my shift (its cool but obviously not as cold as the first 8-12 hours) there is PLENTY of room for anything really. I highly recommend this product. I will update this once I’ve had it for awhile but so far so good!

My husband uses it for work he works 12hr shifts, fits three meals & drinks at sides. Large cooler blocks & plastic containers come with it, very useful. Happy with purchase.

This lunch kit is incredible when you work 12hr shifts as a first responder you need a lot of food to go and this fits it all and you are not always by a fridge, this keeps meals cold the whole shift it even fits large water bottles and protein shakers and lots of extra room for snacks and at least three full meals. My only complaint is the blue plastic containers it comes with woorp and shrink and get damaged in the dishwasher so we had to find new ones to fit the bag. Other wise be prepared to do these dishes by hand after every 12 hr shift. :( the bag is definitely durable the containers are not
