Easy to swallow due to its small size and slippery coating. Large dosage in a small size makes it a great addition to my daily health ritual.

This product is very good
I’ve found that taking this Vitamin D3 product has been incredibly helpful for me. Initially, I was taking it every other day as the manufacturer recommended, but after consulting with my nutritionist, I switched to taking it daily. Since then, I’ve noticed a real improvement in my lower back pain. I’m not sure if it’s just a coincidence, but after about a month of daily use, that discomfort I used to have really eased up.
