I have used this product for years. I have gallstones and had a bad attack last night. I rubbed this over my right upper quadrant and was finally able to sleep. Woke up pain free. I use it regularly for headaches as well. My child uses it for nervous tummy aches. We definitely protect this supply.

As a child I worked in an industrial setting wherein I inhaled large amounts of silicone dust and It produced a dry hockey perpetual cough that I've never been able to get rid of for decades now. Because my teeth were rotting chewing on cough drops all the time I began to use inhalers and I try to mixture of oils and menthol chips and everything else to try to recreate the effects of my inhalers but without harsh chemicals or medicines. I now use this oil in my inhalers exclusively except for another set I purchased. This oil when dripped into my inhalers to replenish them is incredibly invigorating and it opens up my sinuses my nostrils my bronchial tubes and just is incredible relief it frees up mucus and it works so much better than chewing on cough drops and getting either sugar or chemicals in my body. I would recommend anybody who uses a vix inhaler or something like that to buy some little pipettes and extract this oil from the bottle and then drip it into your Vicks inhalers. I do use another product a little more which is a prepackaged inhaler that doesn't contain the cinnamon however there are some days that I do need this oil to really free up my bronchial tubes and open up my airways. I find there are days when the cinnamon is a refreshing burst to my senses that awakens them and I find this oil quite refreshing and I would recommend it highly.

ORIGINAL THOUGHTS: I've only just started using this product, so I am writing my current thoughts. I will update my rating after using this product for a month. At the moment I think its good. The oil activates when I rub it into my lower back, but the heat only lasts me 2-4 hours. I say 2-4 hours because once I rubbed it in for about 45 minutes into my lower back and the heated lasted about 4 maybe 5 hours. But when I rubbed it in for about 20-30 minutes the heat only lasted for 2 hours. This product definitely works, but the amount of relief for pain depends on how long you spend rubbing in the oil. I felt great after rubbing in the oil for 45 minutes, but I did run into a slight skin irritation because I probably patted in too much oil. I would recommend patting the oil into your area of pain minimum 5 and maximum 10 times depending on how strong your skin is. Then from there just keep rubbing/ massaging the area you are in pain until your feel the oil activate or for as long as you want. Lastly this product smells like Tiger Balm, so its quite a strong smell. I personally love the smell and what I really like is that even though this product is a reddish tone, it does not stain your skin! I hope this review is helpful!
