Great for making coconut ice cream.

We love this coconut milk powder. I use a lot of coconut milk but unfortunately usually only half a tin at a time, put it in the fridge then forget its there until it mouldy. So instead I buy this powder and make up how much I need. Saves me a fortune in coconut milk wastage. Very easy to use, I mix with boiling water, stir and add to my cooking. Good consistency and texture made to how you want it. The powder for can last ages in the cupboard. Would recommend

I love curries and add this to mine instead of (sometimes as well as) coconut milk. It also thickens the sauce as much as you want.

I like to use this as ddon't have to open a tin when only needing a small amount to flavour a curry or add to rice, also great in that you can make it to the consistency that suits the dish, flavor is good and keeps well in an air tight container.

A great pantry addition if I run out of coconut milk or cream. Good value. Easy to use

This stuff is so versatile and more convenient than canned coconut milk that only has one consistency. It's a good alternative to fresh coconut for making milk. I always have this in the cupboard.
