Pons2021 - Avarca Wedge

I purchased this style of shoe on a visit to Spain and I love the way they fit. I saw this shoe and thought maybe the same will be true for this pair. Unfortunately not. I have a flat foot and the heel strap hit my arch in a way that I knew instantly they were going back. As for style, color and quality, all was very good so I am giving four stars. Sadly, they just didn't fit my feet.

I have wanted to get these sandals since I first saw them but it took me a while to decide to order them because I’m not much for buying shoes without trying them on. I bought the 8.5 my normal size and am pretty satisfied with the fit. I have worn them a couple times with no problem but I’m not sure how they would do if I wore them walking around all day. I would like to get a second pair in a different color in the future and order a half size up just to see the difference. I feel like I might be between an 8.5 and a 9 so I would be comfortable in either size!

This is an extremely well made shoe. Top quality leather, great workmanship and very comfortable. Did not take much to wear them in. In fact, I wore them out to work on the first day. I followed the suggestion of others to size down if at a half-size. I usually wear a generous 10 or 10.5; I ordered a 10 in these and they fit perfectly. They are lightweight and perfect to pack in for travel. I ordered the wedge style which I feel can look dressy or casual. The tan colour is a great neutral.

I love my Pons, they are little tight but the leather loosens up over time and are by far my favorite shoes to bring in vacations when I want style and comfort.

Omg, these are the best Sandler ever. I own 3 flats and 5 wedges. They are comfortable right out of the box. With so many colors to pick from! They make every outfit complete! I wear them with jeans, shorts, skirts and dresses.

I'm really happy with my shoes. They came quickly even without Amazon Prime, in just 3-4 days. I waffled back and forth on what size to buy for a while. I am generally an 8.5-9 US and a 40 Euro (Dansko, Birks) with slightly narrow feet, and I went with a 39 in these due to the recommendations to size down. A 39 fits great! I'm almost afraid they will stretch too much because the width and back strap fit perfectly. The heel is a great height for city walking. Wore them for 3 miles on day one with no blisters!

after reading other reviews on size down I ordered a size 6 instead of a 7 which I normally wear and they were perfect, they didn't pinch at toe and my foot did not fall over the heel. they are also well made and the color is beautiful, i ordered red, and they make your feet look beautiful. i am going to order another pair.

I wear size 7.5C normally. I ordered size 38. At first the shoe was tight, but I knew the leather would stretch. After wearing them three weekends in a row doing errands, the shoe fit nicely. Now, 9 months later (bought in June 2016), these are my go to shoes for general wear. I'm looking to buy another pair so I can wear with other outfits.
