It really works! It has saved our carpet from our geriatric dogs many times, and it doesn't leave a residue. Would have been 5 stars except it's pricey and I wish it was in a container that allowed me to better control the amount pouring out from the bottle.

Gets damage in shopping
I love this cleaner for pet urine but when it’s shipped in a shipping bag and not a box the cap always comes cracked. The cap broke seal leaked and lost all liquid in bottle!! I would like a

Don’t work
It did nothing !!I bet people were paid or given items to say good thing I don’t know but it worked no better then putting any cleaning agent on with some ordor helper that don’t help

Chem-Dry worked better than the liquids for us
We had our floors professionally cleaned by Chem-Dry. We liked the Odor Extinguisher so much that we purchased more online. We've used on carpet and tile and it works better than most of the enzyme cleaners we've tried on the market.

Great product, works for my carpets
Was pleased with the odor removal and stain was less visible after. My dogs don’t seem to be going back to the same area.
