McCormick Grill Mates Mesquite Marinade Mix, 1.06 oz (Pack of 12)

This stuff is simply great! My wife and I love the flavor as well as how easy it is to use. We use it on chicken, pork and shrimp. I do boneless pork chops in the crockpot with this stuff ( we cut the oil in half and increase the water accordingly) and they are without question the best pork chops I have ever had in my entire life! Not kidding it’s that good. Marinate them a couple hours, brown them about 3 minutes on each side and then put them in the crockpot about 2 1/2 hours with the marinade that the chops were soaked in.

We've been using these McCormick's marinade mix for years and love them. They are easy to mix up and they marinade well. This even works of chicken, which is notoriously difficult to marinade. The flavors of these will not only coat the chicken, but actually bring flavor all the way through. The Mesquite flavor is good. We often mix it with the Brown Sugar Bourbon and the combination is excellent. You can punch up the flavor even more with some chili powder, cumin, or what ever. It makes a nice base to experiment with.

I love this product used to be able to find it in the store all the time was very disappointed when I couldn't and then I found it on Amazon yay yay...The ease of use of this product and the flavoring is just wonderful I always use it for my chicken... This last shipment doesn't have the barbecue recipe to make it sweeter but I remember it from the past you just add a half a cup of ketchup and I use monk fruit instead of sugar or honey for the same sweetness without any sugar calories whatsoever... You add it to the packet after you have wasted up and then incorporated all the granules to a nice thick marinade and you add the sugar and the monk fruit let it sit for at least 15 minutes you can let it sit overnight if you want more intense flavor but that's what I love about this you can just do the 15 minutes and still get the flavor for chicken thighs and chicken wings for breasts I do believe you need to let it sit for a bit longer and get it underneath the skin so is the flavor gets into the meat That's my advice for anyone who's interested this has never done me wrong and guests have always loved the flavor

This is my very favorite prepared marinade for pork or chicken. Sure, I like to make marinades from scratch, but sometimes I just need a quick one. I love, love, love the flavor it gives to your meat. I get lots of complements and questions about this marinade and people are always surprised when I tell them what it is. I have been using this for years and with summer upon us, it’s the perfect solution for marinating your pork or chicken before putting it on the grill. I’m picky about marinades, so trust me when I say it’s good. Pro tip: Previously, I believe the instructions said to use oil and some vinegar when you mixed up the powder. They now just say to just use water and oil. I still use 1/2 water and 1/2 vinegar.

My family absolutely love this marinade. Package says 15 minutes, but I've found the longer the better. Typically marinade chicken for 2 days in the refrigerator.

We miss the old one by the other company, but this one is great & we’re happy we bought a full box of packets since the single packs are no longer in the grocery stores where we live.

Die einfach beste Marinade zum Grillen. Gibt den besten Mesquite Geschmack und ist absolut einfach zuzubereiten. Schon nach 15 Minuten hat das Grillgut einfach einen unverwechselbaren Geschmack. Nicht vergleichbar mit irgendeinem Produkt, was es sonst in Deutschland gibt.

Cannot find this product anymore in local stores. Price has gone up tremendously however this marinade is the best
