OXO Good Grips POP Airtight Food Storage Containers for Pantry, 6-Piece Set

Everything OXO makes is high quality. These are no exception. They're visually pleasing, hold large capacities, and are see through for fast identification. The lid seals are no joke with a double lipped grommet that seals very tight ensuring the product inside stays dry and fresh. The lid opens via a center positioned push button. Push the button and the seal is broken. The lid then comes off easily providing access. I've purchased several OXO products and every one is of very high quality. I've owned many OXO products for over a year and the show of wear is minimal. OXO products cost a little more than alternatives. But difference in quality makes them lifetime investments. Cry once and then be glad you bought them for a lifetime.

I am a baker who uses a lot of different types of flour, and I had been looking for storage containers to organize and keep my flour fresh for long periods. I needed containers that were airtight, user-friendly, and could fit the amount of flour that I use. These definitely fit my needs and more. I love the pop-up buttons that makes it easy to open and close the containers. I love that each container comes with its own scoop and that the scoop attaches to the bottom of the lid; with other containers on the market you have to fish out the scoop in the contents of the container. But with these containers you just pop the button, remove the lid, unsnap the scoop and you’re ready to go, and then you just snap the scoop back on and push the button to close it when you’re done. The only downside is that the product headline is a bit deceptive; it says it’s a 6-piece set when the set includes 3 containers and 3 lids, so you might get confused (I did) and think you’re ordering a 6-container set. But in my opinion these are the best storage containers money can buy .

These are very convenient and stack niceely. I had a problem with the lid closure sticking in the up position after I washed it in the dishwasher the first time. I contacted OXO's customer service center ant they replaced the unit with no fuss. All good! They are marketed as dishwasher safe but I am not putting these in a dishwasher in the future...just in case!

I'm writing a review, however my set arrived broken due to shipping, not the fault of the maker (OXO). I was able to save 1 out of the 3 sets and so I can honestly say that it's great! It lives up to the description, is easy to clean, has a terrific & easy to use lid, and works well to keep flour or sugar fresh, which is why I ordered it. It's an attractive set, and light weight. This set was shipped as is, not in a shipping box. Not a smart move... They arrived crushed and in dozens of pieces. Regardless, once washed up, 1 of the 3 is in good condition. I'd recommend shipping this set in a shipping box with lots of padding for protection, for future sales. Nevertheless, the product itself is good, if shipping is better. I gave a good rating for the product itself. For the sake of curiosity, I was refunded and haven't yet reordered.

I bought these and use them every day! Love how it has POP tops. Keeps your flour or sugar airtight! Especially brown sugar!

The good: love the size. I appreciate the ease of cleaning the container and lid. Very convenient to have the half cup measurer attach to the bottom of the lid. Seems durable so far. Great visibility. You’ll always know when you need more flour or sugar. The bad: cost. Purchased 2 sets for my pantry and almost cried. I really think these could be $10 less. “Airtight” is a stretch. For the most part. Do they have a decent seal? Yes. Is it possible to grab them and that lid wiggles? Yes. I also worry about the long-term quality of that pop-up button. Overall, I’ve been using them for a few weeks and I’m pleased. If there are any major concerns that arise I will update this review.

Great quality. Great value for the price. It was definitely the right decision for our pantry.

These do not give an airtight seal. Therefore I question if they are genuine. My other OXO storage does work properly. Also, learned a lesson in reading the description properly. I assumed (wrongly) that there were six canisters. Nope…only three. The six piece is 3 canisters and 3 scoops. Doh!

I’ve purchased these containers in various sizes before from OXO so I know what to expect. They are super containers and the seal works well but be careful to clean the edge where to seal touches the container. Loose flour can get between the seal and the container causing looseness. The little scoop is handy but once again you might want to bury it in the flour or whatever you are containing as when it is attached to the lid it may cause difficulty in closing if the container is full. Good product. I’ll buy again.

Great product lids stay on and keeps food fresh. Easy to stack in our small pantry.
