Nice product, poor customer service
I had to return this pillow as my picky husband did not like this massive European pillow. However, communication from the seller during the return process was disappointing. They either ignored my messages or kept saying they didn’t receive the item even though I provided with them a Royal Mail tracking number which proved the date and the time of when the parcel was received and signed for.
