It is the perfert length and a very bright red color.

I had an event to go to and I had a navy print dress to wear, but nothing I had for necklaces worked. I had a white blazer to wear with the dress, so I had enough white. This necklace was PERFECT!

I needed something longish and purplish, went through everything like that on Amazon, and chose this one. Surpasses my expectations. Tiny delicate glass-look beads, five strands, longish to below chest, dark purple translucent, subtly sparkly. Can go almost soft black depending on what you wear. Delighted with its appearance and the way it moves. Seems durable.

The gold beads are nice enough but I haven't been able to get it untangled. It is not packed so that it would stay flat. If I can't find a way to straighten it out, I will send it back.

It matched perfectly with my tiara and earrings I purchased to wear for NYE.
