Pool Vac Wings Replacement Kit for Hayward Pool Vacuum Models - Wings with Bristles That Brush Plaster, Pebble and Vinyl Surfaces

Whoever thought of this should be rewarded. It’s a time saver, you can see where it’s been.

I bought this, even though it seemed a little gimmicky. My pebble tech pool doesn’t require much brushing, so I figured “Why not” try it out. So far, it seems to be working as expected. Only time will tell if I start seeing Blue brissels in the water. Lol.

I’ve had them running about a week, can’t say I see a noticeable difference from the wings with no brushes. Will wait longer to see if they do perform and update the review.

Fins are easy to install and working correctly. They aren't magic, will clean better that's all. they are slightly over sized when compared to the original which is better I suppose. My Hayward Navigator seems to like its new wings so compatibility is obvious. All in all worth the extra bucks thus far, Time will tell the true test.

When the fins on my Hayward vacuum wore out and fell off, I replaced them with this product. The vacuum sweeps around the bottom of the pool effortlessly, and the pool floor is cleaner. Honestly, these fins should come standard on the vacuum!

What a genius idea, I wish I knew about this 5 years ago. I saw this product on Youtube being review by this one channel dedicated to swimming pool products and had to try it out. It works great on cleaning the pool and helps with the amount of how much the pool needs to be brushed. It has worked good enough that I have purchased a second set for my parents pool sweep.

Installation in hayward pool vac causes a substantial loss of suction power and the pool vac no longer moves to the shallow end even by increasing suction to max. Perhaps the bristles should be shorter, flush with the flap perimeter, to improve on suction and make it almost equal to the oem flaps. Not withstanding the idea is brilliant.

Last one lasts about 3 years, this is a replacement. Will buy again when this one wears out.
