These wire strippers are very durable and will last a lifetime if used properly. I've used them for stripping a variety of wire sizes, generally smaller, and they are true to gage. The plier jaws are good and resist twisting unlike most thinner strippers. The curved handles were a little odd at first glance but they fit my hand well. The handle lock is nicely placed and easy to operate with a thumb.

Does most normal electrical work - twisting wires, stripping, cutting up to #8. Pliers are wide enough to twist joints before wire nutting. I don't normally need to cut bolts or use the high-leverage of larger lineman's pliers. These multi-purpose pliers let me carry less tools in my pouch. Handles are comfortable. I removed the spring, as it was annoying after years using normal pliers. Great Klein quality. Now I have one in the toolbag and one in my pouch (or hip pocket).

Great feel and definitely heavy duty. I like that these are basically an all-in-one electrical tool, which makes sense for homeowner/DIY. Have a bunch of Klein pliers now and all are excellent quality. The spring is a nice feature and I like that these have the locking mechanism. A very good ergonomic design!
