Broken zippers after 2 months
Update: we replaced this backpack after 2 months and now a few months later this second one is also broken. So disappointingThe pros:Material seems thickerThe overall layout and design is very niceInside compartment has a sleeve for laptop or folderMy 6 yr old loves itCons:Zipper is cheap.The main pocket has 2 zippers. After 1 month, first one broke and we had to use the other. After 2 months, both were broken rendering the main compartment useless with his stuff falling out.The cup holder is tearing already.We will be contacting customer service to see if this can be resolved. Cheap zipper makes this potentially great backpack a junky one.
