AvedaInner Light Tinted Moisture spf 15 Aspen 01

This product already has a high review in other circles for performance and because of it's shade Aspen being ideal for fair skin. I'm trying to like it as it has all the features for a good product--sunscreen suitable for those with rosacea, moisturizing without greasiness, light coverage (those who want heavier coverage should skip this) and a pleasant scent. I recognize the scents--you'll find them in some teas that use flowers and herbs. The one drawback--the color may be right for fair skin but as someone with WHITE skin--no freckles, cool tone--it's clearly on the orange side. If the coverage were any heavier, I wouldn't be able to consider it. I have to check in an actual Aveda store to see if perhaps the product I received is old enough to have oxidized. The swatch shown with the product certainly suggests it would be fine for fair and cool tones. I didn't think of the color name Aspen" as being warm.

I love this product. However, it says it has SPF 15 and it DOES NOT! I paid extra here instead of getting it on the AVEDA website to have the spf 15 so I was very frustrated that it was advertised wrong!

I have very sensitive skin and rosachea and I love this stuff. It evens out my skin tone a bit, gives me some spf protection, and does not irritate my skin. It also looks very natural. I have been buying this for years now and tried a few others and always come back to this one

Unfortunately the color was too light for me; otherwise I liked it.

Not the be all to end all that I though it would be, but definitely a good tinted moisturizer.

Works for me. Not heavy makeup just evens myskin tone.

I'm older so they days of wearing regular foundation have long past. This stuff is like a miracle in a tube. It gives light coverage without caking. I'm serious, I won't use anything but this.

This tinted moisturizer would be decent if you had no nose. The coverage was light and the "aspen" shade was perfect for my skin (pale, freckles, doesn't tan)HOWEVERThe smell was TERRIBLE. There was this heavy, clinical, chemical smell that I could not handle. I had to wipe this off immediately after putting it on.
