THE BEST WAFFLE MAKER!!!
Literally the best waffle maker! Safe with good material and easy to clean. The waffles, totally disengage when done so it doesn't get stuck to the machine.I love this waffle maker so much.

Great waffle maker
Love this waffle maker! It has lasted me a couple years. I mostly just use it to make hash brown waffles, and mashed potato waffles.

Super thin and crisp waffles easy to make
This waffle maker makes super thin and crisp waffles easy to make. I have my own batter from Healthy Flour Organic Sprouted Ancient Grain Mix Flour and added assorted nuts and seeds (grounded) and spices and sweeteners. It worked easily and made perfect waffles every time. Even pouring a little excess batter didn't matter, it did not drip over the sides. You set the dial and 5 minutes later (because of the thicker batter it was ready. If you want thin and crispy waffles the Eurocuisine is the way to go and the price point is even better now that it is in good supply everywhere.

Good quality, and not gimmicky
I was a little worried about this product based on the fact that it produces heart-shaped waffles. In my experience, most appliances that have some sort of decorative element compensate by putting less effort into the design or construction of the product. I have only had this waffle maker for a few days, but it's holding up well to repeated use, has been very easy to clean, and stores effortlessly beside our microwave. I've been using Kodiak Cakes waffle mix, and they come out very crispy on the outside/soft on the inside, unlike most non-stick waffle makers I've used. Note: you might not want to stack the waffles, however; the steam of the freshly cooked waffles will de-crispy the outsides because they are thin. I also REALLY enjoy the size of these waffles. Because the hearts break away, you get perfectly-sized snackable waffles that work well in lunches or on trips. The one drawback: I wouldn't necessarily recommend around small children. The exterior can become pretty hot, and there is no latch for when the waffle maker is closed/cooking. The lack of latch doesn't seem to compromise the waffles, but I have curious/impatient little nieces I don't plan to use this around.

A family tradition continues
My husband's grandmother made heart-shaped waffles for his mother when she was young, and she continued to make them for him when he was a child, too. When she passed, he was given her old waffle iron, which worked for several years. When it finally stopped working, I wanted to get a waffle iron that made waffles in the shape of hearts to continue the tradition, which I had grown to love. I looked at dozens of waffle irons, most of which were for Belgium waffles (about 80% of them). I didn't want waffles anywhere near that thick. The waffle irons that made heart-shaped waffles looked nice, but all the reviews I read said the waffles were so thin, they were more like waffle CONES. I was about to give up when I found this one. It had 2 reviews - one of which said it wasn't eco-friendly. I'm a review-reader, so its lack of previous customer reviews made me wonder if I should risk it. I am glad I did. The waffles aren't Belgium thick, nor are they waffle-cone thin. It isn't as hot as I might like, but they also don't get burned. I just turn my waffles around - literally, because of the symmetry of the iron, you can reposition your waffles perfectly and get the end of the waffles that were by the front closer to the hinge. The irons are nonstick, so the waffles never get attached and tear. It's as easy to clean as can be expected. I've had this waffle iron for several months, and it still works and looks like new. All in all, I'm very glad I took the risk of ordering this waffle iron. I can't believe it took me this long to write a favorable review, since that was one of the reasons I almost didn't buy it.

It's 8 Inches - Pretty Small - Waffles Are Cookie Sized, But Easy To Make and Waffles Are Great
Pros: Although it doesn't come apart, it is easy to clean with a sponge and a kitchen towel. It is small so it stores easily It makes just the right amount of waffle for one person or child (about 1/4 - 1/2 cup of batter makes a waffle depending on how thick you make your mix.) It is extremely straightforward and easy to use. I'm not scared of getting burned by it like my last waffle maker that liked to close on me unexpectedly. It's sturdy and heavy. Over all it appears to be well constructed. Cons: When you first get it, run a test batch of batter through a few times, after you clean it, to remove all the chemical residue. When I first heated it up the chemical odor had me opening up windows and turning on a fan - you definitely do not want that in your cooking! My test batch of batter was 1 cup of self-rising flour, 1/3 cup vegetable oil, water. That was enough for three waffles but could have stretched it to four waffles with a thinner batter. Most appliances like this I would run a test batch of batter through first, not just this particular waffle iron. The waffles are much smaller than I had anticipated. Think - heart shaped cookies and you about have it. They vary in height depending on your batter but 1/2 inch is pushing it. Most of mine were a little less than that. The lights on the unit are very hard to see on / off. They're not very bright. Over All: Very easy to use, the easiest I've ever used actually. Would not work if you're doing a big family waffle morning, but just right for kid portions or a side item. Easy to store and clean.

First, I love how small it is. Takes up very little space on my counter. The prettiest waffles I have ever made and done in 3 minutes. Very easy to clean and I don't need to respray oil between waffles. And best of all no forever chemicals. Love it!
