Review: Make sure the charger sent with device is compatible - Got these for my twins for Christmas. Opened up on Christmas. Two complete different chargers in packaging that does not fit into the charging port for the device. Very glitchy product for first time use as if it's been used already. The screen display tends to fade in and out. Threw away all packing with other unwrapped presents so not sure if we'll be able to return or not. Would have made great gifts for them.

Great buy ... also my niece is so happy with gift ... she is 5 yrs old. She opened her gift and said “omg but I am not 17, I got a phone?” Lol

**Q: Are the kidiconnect and learning lodge servers down again? i cannot seem to register my child's device since we received the product on feb 14th, 2020**
A: We are having the same issue, purchased 2 for grandchildren and have tried for the last 3 days-factory reset at least 10 times-It’s sad when a child is so excited about a new gift, but can’t use it because the manufacturer can’t get their crap together. I’m pretty sure the servers have not been down this long. We’re about to return them to Walmart for a refund and won’t buy Vtech products EVER again!

We purchased this as a Christmas gift for my 7 year old. He loves it and can voice message grandparents and any other family members we accept on the kidibuzz app. The kidibuzz app stopped working off and on which was frustrating too. An error message came up quite often. There are games and kid appropriate learning videos etc. He barely dropped it and screen cracked. Now he cant use any of the apps that are on the upper half of the crack. The alarm is on and we can not cancel it because that button is above the crack. It would be nice if there was a screen protector. It is very heavy so when it barely drops it can really cause some damage. I wish there was a way to fix this because he really loves it and we like being able to communicate safely with him when we are away.
