I have searched for a perfect pillow for many months, and finally found this one. I LOVE this pillow. It is soft yet supportive, and the shape is perfect for side sleeping. It is expensive, true, but I think well worth the price. Also I believe the Sumptious version is probably a better bargain than the Essence simply because it is adjustable and the ribbon around the edge may make it a little more stable. The fill used is wonderful compared to shredded or molded memory foam. It feels like down but with more neck support, and not at all lumpy. I have also tried pillows with holes for ear pain, but they were not comfortable and not a good fit for me. With this pillow, I have had no ear pain or discomfort. I like to hug the side extensions which provide support for my upper body when sleeping on my side. I totally recommend this pillow for side sleepers. You won't be disappointed.

I tried out several premium pillows to improve my sleep and have found this one to be superior as far as supporting the neck in linear position to increase airway, alleviating shoulder stress (especially for side sleepers, as well as overall comfort and quality. There was one other pillow that seemed to match the fluffiness yet structure of custom designed shape and build as well as the refreshing coolness of specialized memory foam infused with copper, but that pillow could not match up to the other characteristics. I have experienced improved sleep in just the few weeks I have been using it and even my spine seems to calm down from increased CrossFit workouts and long days at work and using desktop computer for hours resulting in neck fatigue. This benefit is an extra bonus of using this Advancrd high quality pillow that I had not even anticipated would be so distinctively better than other pillows. I strongly recommend this product and believe it will add longterm comfort and health benefits for me.

I've so far only slept on this for one night, so it is too soon to say whether this will turn out to be the right pillow for me. In the meantime, though, I wanted to comment on how pleased I am with the high quality of the materials and design. The outer fabric is luxurious, the filling is like soft lamb's wool (although with bounce and infused with copper), and the zipper is well-placed. The price is fair for such a well-crafted product. I am a side sleeper who has had to recently start sleeping with my head elevated to prevent acid reflux, and this position has been causing me a lot of neck pain. So far, I love the curved design of this pillow, which I was able to nestle in right under my neck. I'm still experimenting with the amount of loft that is right for me. Whether or not this turns out to be the right pillow for me in the end, based on what I've seen so far I would not hesitate to order from this company again, even if I wind up having to return this particular pillow. It was truly a pleasure to receive such a well-made product. (Word to the wise: when operating the zipper, be sure to pull it as far away as possible from the inner stuffing. I wound up getting some of the stuffing stuck in the zipper teeth, which I then had to pull out with tweezers. This is not the fault of the product; on the contrary, had the zipper been of lower quality, I probably could not have fixed the problem so easily).

I am a side and back sleeper, which is a tricky combo in terms of finding a pillow that works well for both. This is a nice quality pillow, comfortable, and the packaging is great too. At first I thought it would be too firm, but after a few adjustments (removing fill) it is nice and squishy yet supportive. The only thing I would change is that I wish it had an inner case for the filling, so if you want to wash the cover it isn't a mess removing all the filling and putting it back again. For the cost I'd expect the inner case too like most memory foam pillows have. It is an expensive pillow, but I suppose you get what you pay for as far as quality of materials etc. After searching and searching for a comfortable pillow, like I have, maybe at a certain point the cost is secondary to finally finding what works. All in all I would recommend giving this pillow a try. I am very happy with this pillow. I have also tried their essence pillow, but preferred the scrumptious side sleeper. 👍🏻

By far, my favorite pillow. I bought another one for my wife and always recommend it to others when I learn that they're looking for a new pillow. With that said, even though we own both the bamboo and silk pillowcases that Honeydew offers, I was hoping to find better, organic options. I did! The folks at Linen Spells on Etsy were gracious enough to accommodate my request for custom curved pillowcases. They are made of beautiful, organic flax linen and fit perfectly! I am the kind of person that has a hard time buying a pillow. I had finally found one that I liked very much, made by Brookstone, but since they filed for bankruptcy the pillow has has stopped being produced. I have been looking for a new pillow for a while. I went to stores, no luck. I searched online and was pointed to this pillow. Decent reviews and the ability to change the filling I was hopeful. I am a 100% side sleeper. The pillow needs to be firm and supportive but also soft and comforting. The first couple nights with this pillow I left the full filling in. But after a few nights it felt too much. So I took a small amount out and put in a bag. (Disappointed that this item doesn’t come with a bag to retain the filling if needed) I slept for a few nights with the lower filling. I found it too soft and the remaining filling quickly started to spread out within the pillow. I woke every morning with a majority of the filling separated and pushed into the edges and my head not supported. I added the filling back but the issue has not resolved. The pillow continues to separate inside the pillow leaving the middle of the pillow unsupported. At this price I had hoped this would not happen. I will have to purchase a new pillow as this has caused me serious neck issues. To the creators of this product. I think you are on a good path. However you need to find a way to have the filling remain within the middle of the pillow. Prior pillows I’ve had had a firmer foam in the middle surrounded by filling. Or you could create multiple pockets to retain the filling. As with products like this I felt making a quick decision on the product would not be advisable. I received the product on September 5th and have used it since so return is not possible it seems. I hope this is helpful to other.

I have been using an old hand me down goose down pillow and alternating that and two different target or Walmart pillows... And it was definitely time to invest in one decent new pillow. I have terrible sinuses and tend to sleep on my stomach or side, because I have a harder time breathing (deviated septum / allergies / minor apnea) lying on my back. Doing research on side sleeper pillows, which was new concept to me, I stumbles upon the honeydew side sleeper pillow. The cooling factors, customizable aspect and unique shape appealed to me. Never having tried such a side sleeper shaped pillow before, I placed my order. Following the unboxing instructions, I tried it out. Found the pillow extremely soft and supportive, and yet no where near as firm as my mom's memory foam pillows, which was ideal for me. The foam pillows are too hard for my tastes. The first nights sleep ended up making my neck ache the next morning. I was initially disappointed, but determined to try it out for at least a week to make a more accurate decision. The second night of sleep was deep and I awoke with no nekc issues. I believe there is a bit of adjustment with this pillow for some users. I did end up ordering some more fill for my pillow because it was a bit too soft and squishy for my head and neck. Adding more fill really helped. My neck needs support and I need to be able to breathe while lying on my side, and that did the trick for me! I am extremely satisfied with this pillow and the customer service. The only downside is that this pillow does not come with a pillowcase. The custom pillowcases are separate and seem a bit expensive. I may choose to get those in the future of they hold up well after multiple washings. For now I'm just using my standard queen size pillowcases and that works fine. It would be nice to not have the standard pillowcase slide off the end of my pillow, but since I didn't spring for the honeydew custom pillowcases, well, I guess I can't really complain about that. Really excellent pillow for my needs. I sleep really well and my shoulder no longer goes numb from supporting my head now that I've found honeydew. If your issues sound similar to my own, give the honeydew side sleeper pillow a shot and see for yourself! Im gonna get my insomniac, super hard to please mother one of these for Christmas this year. I'm sure she'll love it, and she complains about everything lol. I'm THAT confident she will find the honeydew pillow satisfying. Lol. Will do an update after a few months to see how the pillow itself holds up! For now, thanks a million honeydew, you've helped me sleep comfortably and be able to breathe!

At first, this was the best pillow ever. I am a side sleeper with significant neck & shoulder pain. It felt soft, like diving into comfort. However, My neck pain persisted but I wanted to give the pillow a fair shot. 1 year later my neck is in more pain than ever. Here is what I discovered. Every morning when I would get up. The fill would settle to the back of the pillow above my head. Side profile view was of the wedge shape. No matter how much fill I tried to remove, the area my neck settles into would be lower profile than the back of the pillow above my head come morning. So basically this pillow has been pushing my head up into an unnatural position leaving my neck stuck and causing an increase in neck pain over a period of time. I have spent a lot of money on pillows. I plan to take this pillow to my seamstress to see if she can fix the problem. If not, I will have no other choice than to immediately and permanently discontinue use of this pillow. I am very disappointed. I believe this pillow has a design flaw. One additional note about this pillow. My neck is sweaty when I get up every morning. I hope others have a better experience than I did.

The honeydew scrumptious side sleeper is a great pillow. My neck was getting pretty stiff as a collateral result of shoulder issues so I was really looking for a pillow to accommodate my shoulder pain. I wasn’t convinced for a couple of nights but I stuck with it and am happy I did. I’ve been sleeping very well and waking up pain-free. I’ve recommended it to a couple of friends - it’s an expensive pillow at first glance but well worth the money. I find myself thinking about how comfy it is long before bed time. Good quality and customer service (rare these days). Thank you!

I've been trying to find a pillow I like (side and back sleeper), for forever. Finally, I found one. At first I thought it might need more filling for my liking, but a couple of weeks later, I sleep great on it every night, and I think it's good with the amount of filling it came with. I'm not sure if months from now the filling will compress and I may need to request more filling? Hopefully, if that ends up being the case, the customer service will be all that they say it is, and they'll send me more filling without question. One thing I like about this pillow is that I don't have to flip or fluff or adjust it during the night - it works to lay my head on any part of it, as I roll over into different positions and from side to side. It's expensive, but after wasting so much money on cheaper pillows that I ended up hating, this feels worth it. I appreciate that the company is small and family-owned, that it's made in North America, that the materials are safe and non-toxic. I want my husband to try it for a night, to see if he wants one too, but honestly, I can't imagine giving it up for even one night, and going back to my bad pillows.

I would give this a 10 out of 5 if I could. I never thought a pillow would make such a difference. Its so comfy, stays cool and never loses its shape. Very highly suggest for side sleepers.

I had been struggling with neck and shoulder pain for years and had tried numerous pillows (including bamboo and memory foam) before I finally decided to invest in a high quality pillow, hoping I could save some money on massages and physiotherapy if I did. This pillow is amazing! It is the perfect height and shape to support my neck while I sleep, and it is so soft—feels like sleeping on a cloud. My neck issues haven’t completely gone away, but they have improved by at least 80%. I almost never wake up with a sore neck and headache anymore, compared to almost every day before. The pillow also arrived way before the expected delivery date and had a handwritten note of thanks from the seller inside. I like that this is a family run business, too. 10/10 recommend for side sleepers struggling with neck and shoulder discomfort!
