Tested my Exo-Knee supports today at work they are brilliant, you feel light on your knees and you don't notice your own weight when bending your knees, when walking down stairs it feels like you have a spring in your step and running is even more fun I would definitely recommend them 😁Also if you suffer from knee trouble these are very good you can use them for everyday things and even weight lifting.

Utterly useless for exercise. Not suitable for sqat type exercises. Straps don't hold support in place on female legs. Too bulky behind the knee for exercise. May be ok for standing support. Will be returning them. Go for a good knee bandage far better.

Bought as a gift and the user is well pleased with this item. Not being able to straighten up after bending down or squatting, this device makes it so much easier to do things around the house.

With this my dad can walk better log time and bend down better to and go up steps now

Take a little time to get used to these, but they do seem to offer good support to my knees. Long-term? Will need more time, but for this price its worth a try.
