It's a diesel fuel shutoff
Works as it should. Have an Atlas Copco air compressor with a diesel motor from 1988. The replacement fuel shutoff would have cost $300 plus $300 shipping from Europe. This did the same thing. We simply removed the guts to the original shutoff and placed this one in the fuel line ahead of the original equipment which was part of the motor. Works like new again.
