Good taste, easy to use
I liked this flour for making cookies. I tend to like my cookies crisp and for alternative flour, this fits the bill. Not a lot in the bag for the money but it works well and tastes good.

Convenient if you like having a mix both almond and coconut flour and has a good taste
I'm glad a waited to do a review because my first pancakes didn't turn out very good. I didn't have cream of tartar and baking soda on hand like the recipe so I used Psyllium husk for binding/thickening. Not sure if it was needed but I'm still experimenting with recipes. Yesterday my pancakes had an off taste and even smelled a bit odd but today it was totally gone. I have no idea why but I followed almost the same recipe but used half as much flour and I also added cinnamon and the pancakes turned out tasty. Maybe my taste was off yesterday so again I'm glad I waited. It's a bit pricey but I don't make pancakes often or even use much almond or coconut flour so it was convenient for me.

Inconsistent
I've tried this flour twice. I liked it so much the first time that I bought it again. Specifically, I tried another paleo flour and it tasted too strongly of coconut. With this one, it is listed as the last ingredient so gave it a shot and it was great. This second package, it tasted ONLY of coconut for some reason, and the texture of the pancakes was a bit off, too. Not sure what happened here. I gave it 5 stars the first time, but reduced it down to 3 now because this time I would give it a 1, so averaging it out.

One of the Better Gluten-Free Blends!
I've been loving this blend - I'm surprised coconut flour is the last ingredient of the three, as I think it strongly carries properties of coconut flour. Compared to standard wheat flour, it definitely adds more of a lightness and sweetness to baked goods. Also, because this flour is relatively higher in fat, you can cut down on the fat in your baked goods and they remain tender (replace some of the butter & oil in your recipe with applesauce, banana, etc.)

The Best Paleo Flour
This product saved my baking after I tried Bob's Red Mill and was sooo disappointed. Bob's got that musty smell and taste like they have not cleaned out the mills in forever. Not King Arthur though. As always King Arthur comes through with an awesome baking flour. This time Paleo.

this is the best
this is the best of the grain-free flours. My Mom and I went totally grain-free because I had fibromyalgia and she had heart issues. As part of a grain-free low inflammation diet, we used this flour for everything. It was a lifesaver. I am now completely off my fibromyalgia meds and she is off her heart meds (under doctors' supervision of-course.

The best flour for bread and rolls
It’s amazing how much better this is than Brands I have always favored in the past. I like to make my own bread occasionally . OMG it makes the best bread ! It’s worth every penny above the other brands are priced. I do not buy any other brand these days. This is the best for bread making . I love my King Arthur !

Pretty good!
I made some pancakes with this flour and they turned out pretty well. I think it’s a decent substitute if you are looking for a gluten free option. I have made many recipes from scratch but it’s nice to just grab this and go!
