Fantastic for keeping my filament dry in my CFS units and helping to keep it dry in my storage bags. Really good stuff and good value for money. It can be recharged so don’t be fooled by a smaller tub of it it goes a very long way

I purchased this rechargeable desiccant tub for £17, and it's been a fantastic addition to my Bambu Lab AMS setup. The ability to recharge makes it much more convenient and cost-effective than disposable options. I even printed custom cases for the silica, and one 2LBS tub is more than sufficient for all of them, with plenty to spare. Pros: ✅ Rechargeable, eliminating the need for disposable desiccants ✅ Easy to see when the silica needs drying out ✅ Ample quantity; one tub covers multiple cases with extra left over ✅ Perfect for use with Bambu Lab AMS ✅ Arrived the next day with Prime delivery Cons: ❌ None that I've encountered Considering that similar products can be priced higher, the £17 I paid seems reasonable for the quality and quantity provided. Overall, a solid investment for anyone looking to maintain optimal conditions for their 3D printing materials.

Second bottle I've bought works really well Keeping 3d equipment/filament dry. Easily dried when green to be re used. Would recommend.

Does the job

After weeks of failed 3D prints and frustration, these Wisedry Silica Gel Desiccant Beads saved the day! We 3D printed little baskets to place them inside our Elegoo printer with the filament, and it was a game-changer. The beads turn from orange to green when they’ve absorbed enough moisture, so you know exactly when it’s time to recharge them. Just pop them in the oven at around 120°C, and they’re good as new, back to their orange, moisture-absorbing selves! Aside from rescuing my 3D printing projects, these beads are super versatile. You can use them to keep things dry in camera bags, toolboxes, or even storage bins for clothes or documents. They’re reusable and a total lifesaver for anyone needing to keep moisture at bay. Highly recommend for any 3D printer owner, or anyone wanting to keep their gear dry and safe from moisture!

I bought these to use inside my Bambu Labs AMS system in order to help dry out filaments when stored and in use. I have a humidity sensor that I have placed inside the AMS which is hooked up to a HA console so I can read the output. My measurements before adding this in was around 40% humidity. After printing containers and placing a fair amount of this inside, my measurements got as low as 18% after a couple of days. I've used a fair amount of this now and have had to "recharge" the desiccant a couple of times. First I will say that the desiccant does change colour and does reset back to it's original state when heated in the microwave. Not only does the colour change but you can see the moisture leaving through the amount of steam produced. Due to the amount of steam and how hot the desiccant does get during this period I did tend to ignore the instructions that say to leave it in the microwave for something like 8 minutes and instead do it in bursts of 1-2 minutes. I would also recommend using a glass dish or something that can withstand high temperatures as I did try using a plastic container on a small amount and the desiccant did end up melted into the container. Overall would definitely recommend and have even given some to a friend for the same purpose as I have used it and they have had similar results.

I’m pleased with this silica gel, especially the convenience of the colour change and being able to dehydrate them quickly for reuse. Good quality and value for money.

It changes colour in less than a week. Even after microwaved it doesn't return back fully orange. It could be quite annoying to need all the process every week. I'm not sure if it really absorbs the humidity in my wardrobe

Utilisé pour garder mes bobine de filaments 3D au sec ce desiccant est parfaitement fonctionnel. Je confirme qu'il change bien de couleur une fois humide même si toutes les perles ne sont pas colorées c'est assez visible. Je n'ai pas eu de problème pour les déshydrater à nouveau.

Richtig toll verpackt. Sehr gute Wirkung, wird wirklich deutlich schwerer. Am besten auf der Waage abfüllen. Die kleinen Säckchen sind hervorragend. Der Farbindikator funktioniert perfekt.

Alle Perlen haben den Feuchtugkeitsindikator. Nicht nur ein paar in der Menge farbloser Perlen (wie in vielen anderen Produkten). Wenn dunkelgrün müssen sie kurz in die microwelle, den Backofen, in einen filamenttrockner etc. und dann kann man sie unbegrenzt oft weiterverwenden. Der Farbumschlag ist sehr gut erkennbar. Von orange nach dunkelgrün - dann muss man sie regenerieren.
