While the pen holder is cute, it's not the "large capacity" it says it is. It's like a regular/standard size "coffee" mug if you will. My pens and highlighters and sharpies are jamb packed in there. I'll keep it until I find something else in person, but doesn't get 5 stars because it's not LARGE as the description says, unfortunately. I passed up handfuls of these at TJ Maxx because of the size. Little did I know.

These are sturdy and beautiful. So great for organizing your desk items.

The inner box was somewhat damaged, but the item is too sturdy to be damaged so easily (and, furthermore, was bubble-wrapped). So no problem there. Contents was a bit dusty(?) on arrival, but easily solved with a disinfectant wipe.
