I enjoy cooking and my secret weapon are these green peppercorns! Excellent quality. Simply add a 1/2 teaspoon to any cream soup, sauces, etc. You'll love the burst of pepper when you bite into one! Not hot just warm...

Made an amazing beef Wellington! Came in quick and great condition.

After falling in love with green peppercorn sauce in France and bringing back a small jar, I was disappointed to find that even my local gourmet shop doesn't carry these gems. Somewhat like capers but peppery, they add zing to a wine or cream sauce for pork, chicken, any meat, really. And the ones from Madagascar are, reputedly, the genuine item. I transfer mine with the brine to a glass jar in the fridge after opening and they maintain a reasonable shelf life, like capers would. And the empty cans are so lovely, I used them as window sill vases for small cut herbs and flowers. The price-to-preciousness ratio is reasonable and they would make a great and unusual little hostess or housewarming gift.

Tasty and great small can size. Peppercorns were fresh in the can and made for a great sauce.

A bit pricey, but the best product of its type on the market I know of.

My newest favorite way to spice up any meal/recipe calling for pepper. The taste is nicely piquant and peppery; the pickling process makes the corns very easy to chew. These things are especially fabulous with smoked salmon, as well as with pretty much any other fish.

Fantastic for cooking steaks and stews. They are soft and may be rubbed into neats for extra flavor. The can is the sizr of a tomato paste can. Store in the liquid they are processed in.

The best I’ve had they do have a little bit of a piney scent but it’s more so fresh and off the tree. Made the best peppercorn sauce for beef Wellington. Highly recommend.
