These were bigger and better than we'd hoped for... too big and well made in fact. We had to send them back to downsize. My husband does HVAC and he was wowed by the quality for the price.

Yea, industrial purposes after having seen one elsewhere that was a bit bigger, more nozzles (32 as opposed to 23), & put out 300k BTU. I did some Hmm'ing, some Haw'ing, and some deliberating after having seen that this one was only 100k BTU -thinking it should be 200k'ish since theres only 9 nozzles of difference and was like... whatever, just try it... if its not 100 proof, send it back.So previously I had bought a variable bayou (the turkey fryer people) high pressure (40 PSI) regulator and was intending to use it on something such as this (If youre like me & have the same reg & this burner, all you need from your favorite/local HIJ is a fitting thats 1/2" NPT on the burner side & 3/8" JIC on the regulator side wrapped with some yellow teflon on the pipe thread side & youre good).Anyways, Ive put the whole thing together & Im ready to test... I pull the 20lb bottle off of my grill, connect it to the high pressure regulator, open up all the valves, turn the adjustment down to the lowest the reg allows while still having a flame & were good... For experimentation purposes Im playing with the adjustment bolt on the regulator, I give it about a 1/4 turn & all of a sudden Ive got flames about a foot tall. For what I need it to do, it'll do... =)160k BTU's? lol Seems low to me...

Worked great! Extremely hot. At 4 psi and 8” from bottom of pot boil 60 gals of water in 25min.I used it for a DIY boiler.

This is a great Burner. Puts out a huge amount of heat. Very easy to get set up. Quality was also very good

Leaks gas around the main body therefore their is a big flame that shoots out of the top creating a very dangerous environment.

not very impressed with this burner. 3 jets were broken on arrival...very thin brass. upon lighting, the soot was extremely bad, probably due to poor design. I will not recommend or re-purchase this item.

I purchased this because the top review says it comes with a nice wok. It does not. While the item description is correct and does not mention a wok, the review is suspicious. I will update when I install.

Used for clay tandoor

I hooked this up with a 25 foot hose with quick disconnects 3/4" reducing bushing, 6" x1/2" nipple and 1/2 inch valve. Works well right off my 1/2' BBQ connection for boils with no propane tank hassles. Be careful of the brass burner tips as they would be easy to shear and ensure you have a wind break for the burner.
