Love it
At 100%, had enough juice to charge to charge my Note 10+ 5 times from around 30-40% and my Switch 4 times from around 15%. I think a friend charged their phone on it once too but not sure what they started at and went to. Charging it to 100% takes a super long time, like 24hrs+ long, BUT with as much juice as it holds I think that's reasonable. The % froze at one point and stayed at 70 something % for several charges and then dropped randomly to 20 something after plugging my phone in towards the end, only issue though and only happened first time using it. Overall it's awesome, small and compact, REALLY heavy though i will say, at least 5lbs and a little wider than my Note 10+ and about 3x as thick. None of which is an issue for me because I carry it in a backpack but probably not pocket friendly.

Discharges quickly slow to charge, lots of other inconvenient features
This 25000 mAh is about the same size and weight as other 25000 mAh batteries. See image compared to two others and a 10000 mAh battery. The form factor is nice, it's about the size of two smartphones stacked on top of one another. There are several problems:1. It shuts off automatically. I'm actually using it as a power source for a heated vest so in order to use it, I have to dig it out of my pocket and turn it on then turn the vest on. Very inconvenient.2. The output ports are not marked. There's an indication on the back of the unit that Output 1 is 1 Amp, Output 2 is 2 Amps, but the output ports are NOT labeled in any way , nor do the instructions explain this. As a result, my vest works on one port, but not the other (I believe the one nearest the switch is the 2 Amp port).3. This is a "nit", but the piano black treatment just results in finger prints all over this thing. It looks terrible as soon as you touch it. All other battery packs I have tried are matte finish4. This discharges very quickly. I watched the indicator go from 100 to 80 in about 10 minutes on my heated vest.5. Charging is not fast as it uses micro-usb instead of USB-C6. On the plus side, it has a flashlight, on the minus side, I ended up activating the flashlight a couple of times using the fussy little switch to turn on the pack and nearly blinded myself (it does warn you not to do this in the instructions).Overall, this is not an impressive battery pack, nor is it appropriate for my use (heated vest).

low battery life
For 25000mAh it only charged my iPhone 8 plug 95%. I have a 4000mAh charger which can do better than that. I give an over all 3 stars since it works at least.

I’d give it 5 stars but…..
….after two years the first time I dropped it on the floor it broke into pieces. Should be made shock resistance in case you drop it.

Does it's job, but might start to break
I actually have two of these, and one more from another brand. It's a nice portable charger, I've actually used the led light more then I thought I would. Very bright! Good flashlight when traveling. Only thing is, after a few months, one of the ports has essentially broken, and the other one is starting to break in a similar way. The one from the other brand hasn't broken at all.

Seems to work fine
I haven't owned this for a long time but I charged both my iPhone and Kindle Fire with it. You need to use the charging cables that came with the phone or Kindle. I think my plug-in chargers worked faster but that's not the purpose of having a portable charger. I don't know if I'd call it "ultra fast." It shipped with only 23% power which the instructions say are due to shipping regulations. It took quite a while to charge to 100% but is holding at full charge. It is heavier than I expected. I wouldn't want to carry it around a lot.

NO longer the BEST POWERBANK AROUND
Update:I’ve had this battery bank for a while now & at first I loved almost everything about it. What I know now is this battery bank is a disaster when it needs to be recharged. It took 48hrs to recharge fully from 0% to 100%. Luckily I was able to leave it to charge because I am at home but this charge time is horrible if it took this long while I was traveling internationally. This is the first time allowing it to deplete this much but only achieving 47% charge after 24hrs isn’t acceptable.I was uncertain that I would keep it due to the weight. After I decided to keep it I wanted to wait to provide a review because I wanted to test it as much as possible. The instructions: The power bank comes with 15% charge which we are to use out before the first full charge, clear enough. Directly below that the instructions are to charge to full capacity before first use; What!!! that's confusing. That said, this power bank is terrific!!!!!. I charged all of these items two to three times before I needed to recharge the power bank; my iPhone, iPad & iPod. I definitely recommend this one & wouldn't hesitate to buy as a gift for others. Excited to have this with me on my next trip.

Poor battery life
Battery drained overnight from 70% -36% when left unused and another day when I used it fully charged for iPhone 8, used it once and it’s depleted. Poor battery life.
