NWP 3-05.2 Naval Special Warfare SEAL Tactics

This Naval Warfare Publication (NWP) reprint is very well done with high quality paper and easy to read print (the print is small, about 9- or 10-point font, but is printed clearly with good contrast). Many reprints of this nature are poorly reproduced but this one works. Illustrations are reproduced clearly. There is no date on the publication or on the letter of promulgation but I assume this is the latest edition of this NWP SEAL Tactical Doctrine. The NWP has 5 Chapters and 14 Appendices. The five chapters cover Introduction, SEAL Tactics and three chapters for Jungle, Desert and Mountain/Arctic Warfare. Overall, a well-done reproduction of a US Navy NWP.A similar volume titled "U.S. Army Guerilla Warfare Handbook" (by a different reprint publisher) was poorly reprinted by comparison.

Excellent information on survival and self-defense and offense when necessary.

The letters are to small to read.

Great book full of very useful real world warfare & tactical basics. Im only about a quarter of the way into it but so far so good. Definitely a must for SHTF/Bugout or civilian use if you find yourself forced into a real world tactical situation. Can be well supplemented with other books in this series to make a person a complete and efficient operator, along with the right practice. Also a great refresher for anyone who is currently serving, or armed forces vets to stay sharp, alert, and ready
