Simple and classic, this is a wardrobe staple. ECCO is a European shoe company founded in Denmark in 1963. Today they own and operate factories throughout Europe and Asia. They produce all the leather used in making Ecco shoes, taking measures to protect the environment at the same time. Their sole aim is to make a comfortable walking shoe.

Too small, too narrow -- not like a typical Ecco shoe -- great quality, attractive shoes, but disappointing!
I love Ecco shoes, and if you find that these shoes fit you, they are a very nice quality shoe that anyone would be proud to wear to work. Unfortunately, they were way too small. I wear (wore?) a 40 in Ecco shoes, so I ordered these in a 40. Usually in American sizing, I wear a 8 1/2 to a 9, and 40 is supposedly a 9 to 9 1/2, but in the past I've work 40s in Ecco and they fit. They other thing I liked about Ecco shoes is that they are (were?) wide enough in the toes.Unfortunately, this beautiful pair of shoes is too small overall, and too narrow in the toes, even in my usual size 40. I'm sad that I must return them, and I don't think even a longer size would fix the problem of narrow toes.If these were to fit you, they are a nice shoe, but buy with caution, because unless you have the right kind of foot, you'll feel like Cinderella's stepsister as you try to cram them on.

Great shoes, wide toe box, good style, comfortable for all day wear.
These shoes were purchased for my mother (70) to wear all day at church. I encouraged her to spend a bit more for a better product. Thank goodness I was correct. The shoes are comfortable. she has wide feet but felt that gave her room and did not make her morons neuroma hurt. She feels that they are a classic look, her feet were doing well after an all day church event, and her back felt better than when wearing her other shoes. She would be looking for other colors as it was a great experience for her and her feet. Recommends them to anyone who wants comfort with a bit of style.

These are excruciatingly painful shoes
These shoes run a little large. They are extremely uncomfortable. I am not even sure how they can be as miserably painful as they are since the heels are so low and they aren't tight and don't pinch or rub in any way.. I think it is because there is absolutely no padding in the shoes and they are also very, very stiff with no give or flexibility. I needed a low heeled black pump to wear to work. Now, over 24 hours since I took them off, the bones in my feet are still in pain.

The Best Shoes I Own!
I have been having a problem with "hammer toes" for the past couple of years. I have to wear dress shoes at work every day & I have struggled to find a pair of shoes that fit comfortably & still look good. These shoes are it! They look great & feel great. I come home after being on my feet all day & I am pain-free! These are great shoes & my only complaint is that they are not available in more colors! BUY THESE SHOES!!

Comfortable Shoe
The ECCO Women's Sculptured 45 Plain Dress Pump, looks good, has a slight arch that supports my flat feet. However, the left shoes slips up and down when I walk...the right shoe fits great. Not sure if it is my feet or the shoe. Because it was comfortable, looked good and had some arch, I decided not to return them. I added extra cushioning in the left shoes and it works.

Go-to shoe for comfort and performance
I want these for chorus performances, and I also need them to accommodate orthotics. They will be perfect for both. I can easily remove the liner (which is supportive and comfortable in and of itself) and add my slender orthotics and their own liners. Plenty of room in the toe box; heel just right to look good but not cripple me during long symphony performances. No cut across the instep, which is important to me, as I have very high arches. I have Ecco flats, wedges, heels, and golf shoes. When I need comfort and performance, that's where I start.

perfect work heel
I read a lot of the reviews for this shoe and they were right, they are so comfortable. It was a little big in the heel for me but I bought heel gripper to help. The style is very classic, nothing fancy. I actually look forward to the next time I need to wear these.

Basic, COMFY, Looks good, Black Pump
This is your classic black pump but Honeychile it feels great from Day 1. The inside padding and support is deluxe. And being a tall girl and all, I like that the heel isn't a 5" stilletto. This works for me whether I'm wearing a dress or a Hillary Pantsuit. I can walk, walk fast, even jog in these babies if need by to catch a train. Comfort is worth the price, and they look great on my (every expanding) feet.Postcript on sizing: I've always worn a 9.5M but in last year, adding some pounds, I'm now leaning toward a 10. I ordered the 41 (10-10.5) and it's poifect.Minus one star because I wish this pump had a slight bit of pizazz -- a small buckle on this shoe, or a strap or some small design token would be much appreciated. Otherwise, it fills the bill for all occasions, especially business & other conservative situations. Though I've yet to put it to the test, this will probably travel well.

Tight fit.
Lovely, good quality shoes, though on the small side. Had to return even though I ordered my normal size.

A bit too utility for a smart event but excellent for catering
These are very comfortable, as are all ECCO shoes and are excellent for work if it requires a lot of standing.

Great shoe, great for work and also good for ...
Great shoe, great for work and also good for driving as the heel is made of rubber and doesn't get marked. Very cushioned walking.

Great shoes!
Fantastic shoes! I'm not a "hill person", but knowing that I have to own at least one pair I decided to buy this one, as the hill is not too high and it still looks smart or even can be worn with jeans..They're like foot glove and the size is accurate - I'm very happy with my purchase .
