Antler Velvet: The Art of Dori Hartley

To be honest I was originally turned off by the cover art as it's not really my taste, but then another reviewer posted an absolutely gorgeous photo of Mason Verger and I immediately purchased it. Beautiful art inside using many different techniques, definitely do not regret purchasing.

This book is gorgeous!!!!! If you are a hannigram fan you are going to love this book. The artwork is so amazing it blows me away. I love Doris she has a lovely personality and artwork to match!!!

I can't say enough about how much I love this book!If you are a Fannibal, and more importantly, a Hannigram fan, you will love, love, love it! The artwork is all beautiful and the poetry to go along with it is profound. Please take note that the cover art is very different than the artwork you will find inside. So, if the style of the cover art is what you love the most, then you may want to check out the inside styling before you purchase. For me, the inside is the best part.My one and only critique is that I so wish there were more Vergers in here. MORE VERGERS PLEASE, Miss Dori !!!! :)

Beautiful book of gorgeous art and poetry -- a must for any fan of Hannibal. Dori also includes a wonderful explanation for each piece at the back, which really adds to the fun since she lets her sense of humor shine.

What can I say about Dori that she hasn't already demonstrated in her work? Don't be fooled by the cover ... Dori covers a stunning array of art styles throughout this beautiful book. Her love for the TV show 'Hannibal' shows in every word and every brushstroke. Some content NSFW, but hey ... this isn't for work, its for browsing in the comfort of your own home, wallowing in the beautifully rendered artwork, thoughtful words and the sumptuous colours, synonymous with the show itself. A veritable feast for the eyes, so do yourself a favour and indulge :)

It is a true masterpiece, I am very proud to have it in my Fannibal's collection, Dori have made a beautiful tribute of Mads and Hugh and theirs awesome characters from the tv show Hannibal. Thanks a lot for your artwork Dori, you are the best artist on Hannigram. I underlines these two actors are muse for you and we saw this on your awesome painting : D
