Sweet Potato Slices Dog Treats, 16oz

These are great, quality dog treats! Just sweet potato wrapped in chicken breast. My pups love them. Far superior to the over processed junk “treats” out there that my dogs now turn up their nose to. No weird smells, all natural, visible ingredients.

yams and chicken! seems to be a great combo. my shepherd loved them, and now my terrier loves them! just the right size for medium sized dogs at up to 50 lbs . Great treat.

Have tried many brands of the sweet potato treats but with two labs it gets pricey. I purchased this on sale in December and I find these the best value. Labs will eat anything, but I noticed these are a little softer and long and narrower. I actually cut them in half with a kitchen scissor and give each pup half. With other brands they are more circular and much harder and very difficult to cut in half. My younger lab would choke on the tougher brands which makes me nervous cause she’s always in a hurry to eat everything. I think I will stick to this brand. I must have gotten them on sale as now they are twice the price. They look more like a sweet potato and are good for their health.

My 6 pound yorkie loves these treats. And she is picky. My previous purchase was my first purchase and sad to say my last. Nothing wrong with product except one piece is too much for her and cutting them into thirds is a no go for me anymore. IMO it is very difficult buying a healthy and suitable treat for her is always challenging for those 2 reasons: Size and I like buying limited ingredient treats since she has HGE. In any case it’s time to repurchase her snacks and I dread the hunt. I have would put these on subscription if they would have worked out. I believe this is a very high quality product at a value AND Gracie doesn’t react to the ingredients which is extremely rare.

The dogs love these. They are good healthy treats that stay fresh and soft as long as they are used before its expiration date. Only causes stomach issues if feed to dog excessively, much like any treat.

My dog is addicted to these treats he loves them I feel they are a healthier treat than a dog bone haven't noticed any diarrhea or adverse side effects The quality is good just too expensive

I gave it five stars because it is probably great for big dogs. My little Yorkie tried to chew them. I would not recommend them for small dogs. They are hard to cut up into smaller pieces.

I really love them and I only put 4 stars due to price change.I've been buying sweet potato wrapped with chicken jerky, of different brands & companies, for my dogs for many years. There are several to choose from and for the most part ingredients are same.However, first comes quality comparison, then comes price comparison & of course quantity. I originally found them at Walmart years ago while I was there shopping and decided to try them. My dogs really liked them and they were a fair price... especially when you start comparing with other brands. The only problem with the actual quality of them, in my opinion, was that they were too hard. Well it started getting a bit sporadic if they had them in stock or not, so I went and found them (different brand & more $ but better quality) @ Petsmart and they REALLY like those. Well as we all know, not only have MANY products been hard to find, off & on, but also prices have been jumping all over the place, mostly up, since Covid originally began. So again I started looking around for them. I found several on Amazon, but I'm always leary of ordering things that I can't see in person... but.. I went ahead and ordered some. They weren't overly priced (at first) and I actually continued to order them regularly. Now, I will say they were of great quality & softer for my babies to chew. However, they always had very little jerky on them, but we continued to buy them bcuz the price and amount were a great deal and my dogs still enjoyed them. Then the price started going up... they started out just under $15 for 2lb bag, now they're up to over $20. So on the hunt I went again. I did go back to Walmart and got them there for a little bit (if they even had them) but I was tired of trying to find them and still had a problem with them being too hard. I have a cpl older dogs that don't have all their teeth and they're all smaller dogs. So recently I found these and they're COVERED AND THEN SOME with jerky. They can still be a bit hard but I can judge which ones to give to each dog accordingly to their ability to chew them. Plus, they were much cheaper than all the rest. Now, the price did go up from the first time I bought them to the second time and that was a bummer, but I continued to buy them and have been pleasantly surprised at they quality of them and their consistency in every bag. Ik this review is long but I truly hope it helps anyone that's dealing with similar situations and doesn't want to have to go hunting for the unknown. The price may have gone up but not more than the others and the quality is much better. Ty to the makers of these healthy treats.
