Cute
I just got a new car and named it TARDIS. So I am decking it out with DW things. It's a cute, small toy. I put velcro on it and put it on my dash. Looks cute. Not too big and not tooo small. Don't think it'd be that exciting to play with. Just has two sets of wheels on the bottoms and slides.

Fun toy!
Needs to be used on a flat, smooth surface, or it won't turn. Other than that, it is a fun toyl

Tardis Malfunction TARDIS MALFUNCTION!!!
okay so I bought this because I wanted a Tardis I just didn't want to spend 50 bucks for the ice box or full scale big one so i settled for this Tardis. Well it's great and it sits on top of my t.v. looking awesome only issue is that one of the wheels on the bottom broke after about 8 spins so it ceases to work and has now been permanently grounded never to fly the Time-Vortex again :( another thing is that it does spin and zoom across a table but you need a lot of space like a board room table or big dinning room table and it has to be completely flat no bumps, cracks,or anything of that sort other than that it wil spin but not for very long eventually the wheels on the bottom snap and it becomes a Tardis paperweight. Still I thoroughly enjoy having a little mini Tardis on my Playstation Gaming T.V.

i got this for my girlfriend who is a whovian.thought it would be bigger,as it looks larger in the pic.the fact is its smaller than a coke can and the turning and twisting motion broke after the second time we tried it.very disappointed ,but for the price i guess i cant complain .......i guess i should of bought a more expensive well built tardis......but it does make a good looking piece........overall 2 out of 10 stars......that zoom feture really threw me for a loop

This toy doesn't work
I'm not sure why this has an average 4 star review when so many agree it doesn't work. It barely moves or spins. We spent a long time trying to wind it up in different ways and methods, but at the end of the day, this is just a really poorly built Dr. Who toy. Even when it's fully wound up it will hardly move. Very disappointing.

Attractive but Does Not Spin
If you are buying this for the spin feature...don't. It won't spin on most surfaces and on those it does, you get two or three anemic spins at the most. (For me, it worked somewhat--and unreliably--on a plastic desk mat but not at all on harder surfaces.) The pull-back feature preliminary to the spin is ineffective. I had better luck holding it in my hand and winding the bottom plate manually, then setting it down to "spin"....which wasn't successful all the time either. I bought this to go with a small set of character-builder Daleks as a display for my work area. The scale of Tardis-to-Daleks works for me, though it is not to the scale of the show props. This model is fun to use for a simple display in a small area but as a toy, it is useless. Given the low price, you get what you pay for here.

My daughter loves it
My daughter's birthday party was Dr. Who themed. So I bought this to put on her cake. I'm glad I went with this one. Although we used a quarter sheet cake and I think it would've looked better on a half a sheet cake. It still looked brilliant! Plus she loved the noises it made and the light on top that shines.
