Manufacturer sent me an updated model as a replacement without my asking. This one went together without any problems and is working fine. Thanks for the good customer service."The cheap plastic housing stripped right away when I tried to assemble it. It never really went together solidly. There's a washer at the hose joint that was too big and prevented it from threading properly, and another washer in the ball joint that cracked - sending the whole unit flying across the bathroom! Had to throw it out."
