I received my bulk order today. I opened my order and found there was no dust and very few shells. I have already cooked A pound of the quinoa and I had some for lunch. Very tasty and good quality. Since it was bulk ,25 lbs, I did give the batch that I cooked a very good rinse. Incidently I had A problem in tracking notification. I called the seller and he corrected the problem quickly and messaged me even quicker .... Thank You seller OH! great priceit makes it worthwhile to buy A large amount. I will be back with future orders

This quinoa has a smaller grain, cooks in minutes and has great flavor. I reall like quinoa so appreciate being able to buy a 5lb bag at such a reasonable price.

We recently moved to America from Japan, where we used to eat quinoa frequently. In Japan, the general consensus was that good quality quinoa is pre-washed and there are no specks of dirt, stone, or other materials in the pack, so that's what we tended to buy. We don't know the brands here, so we tried this one, but when it arrived, we found there were a lot of specks of what appears to be sawdust and other matter mixed in with the quinoa. None of the quinoa we've bought to date has had this issue. In the questions and answers, it says the quinoa is pre-washed, but you'd have thought if that were the case these dirt specks would not be present. We realised before even opening the packet, so we'd have liked to return it, but unfortunately returns aren't accepted.Next time we'll know to buy from a physical store, so we can actually check the quality beforehand.

I have been trying different quinoa to diminish the carb load of my diet, while retaining the best possible flavor.I found this red quinoa the most tasty of the ones I have tried *white, multicolored, red).I prefer my quinoa a little crunchy - so I use 1:1 rather 2:1 water:quinoa in a standard white rice setting on a rice cooker. It can be a habit-forming snack!For extra flavor, I add a little broth or leftover pan drippings or sauce from other cooking.

The organic red quinoa arrived even sooner than I expected. This was the first time I was using the Food to Live quinoa and I'm glad I did. The grains are large and have a great texture and taste. I will definitely continue to order this item

I’ve heard that the taste of red Quinoa is strong and can’t be used with many dishes. I have never had a problem. It tastes great and gives me lots of energy.
