Orange undertone not what was represented online

I did a swatch once I received the Sweet Melissa and it did not match the swatch as shown online. It had a very noticeable orange undertone. Would not put that color on my lips to have to look at for years. They would not take it back because I had opened it, so wasted $28 for a color that did not represent the color as shown. The color swatch shown had more of a mauve undertone. Disappointed.....buy at your own risk

Me gusto mucho el acabado y el tono PERO PERO la tapita, el cierre es muy dificil de abrir y cerrar. Y ME PASO que ya cerrado lo bati para volberlo usar ya bien cerrado y aun asi tiro pigmento. !un tiradero !
