Cute style of suit. My daughter is 12, 5’2”, 80#. Tall and thin. The bottoms fit well, higher than normal bottoms which I love. The top unfortunately needs about 2 more inches of material. The top barely covers her chest, the ruffles help the top with coverage but it’s insufficient for a 12 year old.

We looked forever for swimsuits that are flattering for a preteen. I ordered this as a last resort in case we didn’t find anything else. We found 2 at a local store and this one ended up being her favorite.

I ordered this beautiful swimsuit for my 10 year old daughter, and she absolutely LOVES it! It fits great (she is a 10 and it fits true to size) and is so flattering on. The style is a little retro with a more high waisted bottom, which makes this swimsuit stand out. It certainly doesn't look like all of the other kid's swimsuits! She loved that it was a more grown up style, especially since she's getting older and doesn't want anything too "cutesy". The quality is great, and I would absolutely order from this brand again with no hesitation. Try this one out - you will be happy that you did!

By far our favorite suit ever. It’s high cut and true to size. My daughter is very petite and it’s hard for us to find something that fits her yet covers. This is it. It has a retro feel. We both thought she wouldn’t care for the top but she won’t take it off. We can’t wait to get more of these!

Quality is superb for the price!

Really disappointed in the sizing. The top fit as it should, but very little elastic to keep it from rising up. The bottom was WAY too big. My 6.5 year old daughter wears a size 6-7. I ordered a 5-6 knowing she is on the skinny side and the bottoms looked like a diaper. Super baggy in the front and large around her waist. I will be returning.

I bought this suit in a size 7-8 years for my 12 year old daughter. I tried several sizes and this one fit the best, so it runs large, but she is very small/petite (about 4' 6" and 60 lbs when I bought it) so it's not extremely large. We bought the suit in the peachy orange color with the leafy bottom. She looks very pretty in it and always gets compliments, but the tie back and neck is not the most appropriate for a kid her age. It makes her very uncomfortable to the point that she refused to wear it for a long time. I eventually stitched the knot in the back and she feels more comfortable that it won't come untied (or be untied by someone else as an inappropriate joke) and fall off while she's swimming.I love the Hilor brand and will keep buying more suits. Please offer more with solid bottoms instead of print bottoms since that's what the kids want these days!

My 8 year old is a size 10 and I ordered the ‘9-10 years’ size. The top runs small. The bottoms are a MESS but the size is about right. It’s like two backs have been sewn together or a maternity bottom. My gal is a straight build but there is a huge pouch of fabric that hangs down between her legs like some kind of Tudor style leggings for men 🤣🤣 They’re hideous and incredibly ill-fitting. The manufacturing went terribly wrong but the price should have told me where we’d end up with this item. It’s such a shame because the style and the leopard print fabric is so cute! :( I couldn’t start a return fast enough.
