These work great!
Work great on vinyl, haven't tried them on leather yet. Price is great for what you get. Nice clean lines. As a side note: These are just the refills. If you don't have say a Tandy pen that these will work with, you can go to the Dollar store and get some of the cheep Bic stick pens, and these will slide in them. Then you will have a proper pen to hold on to.

So handy and marks easily on leather, paper, and cloth
I found these pens through leatherwork and now I use these pens for many things like making patterns on paper then drawing the pattern onto leather. They mark easily on wood, and cloth as well. Crafters will love these! Don’t use on veg-tan leather if you want to erase the marks. Buy several because the ink goes fast since it flows so well.

Great washable pens!
Great water based pens. I use them on leather and vinyl and they wash off great with a soap/water mix. They do tend to use up fairly quickly but there’s a lot in one pack so it’ll last you a fairly long time. Just make sure to wash it off at least after 2-3 days as sometimes it’s a little more difficult to wash the pen mark off

Does not erase--update
I use heat erase pens all the time-must be a thousand by now. Sometimes they don’t erase on some fabrics. These do not erase on any fabric. The only reason I gave it two stars is because they write so easily for parts that won’t be seen.I would definitely not recommend these if you want your marks to be erasable.I need to update my previous review. I use these markers all the time on areas that will not be seen. They still don't erase with heat. If for nothing else, these are easy to use on fabrics--starts out strong, doesn't dry out--just very easy to make marks and the marks don't bleed when using the steam iron. Also the company offered to refund me, but to be honest, I couldn't get along without these. So, if you are in the market for a permanent fabric marker, these are some of the best I've used.

Great Deal!
I used to buy the silver pens from Tandy, but they are expensive for what you get from them. (I've purchased some that only have 1" of ink in them.) I will be buying these from now on.Like another reviewer says, they fit in the Tandy silver pen. The ink cleans off just as easy. Plus you get 100 refills for the price of two pens from Tandy. So if some of the 100 dry up before you get to use them, they will still be a far better deal. Now I want to find a solid pen case to use with these refills, but for now my old Tandy pen case will work.

Will Not Disappear with Heat
This silver refill ink was great for my felt crafts and showed up the best on all colors. —That is, until I tried to remove it with a heated iron. I have had no problem with any other color thermal ink before so I gradually increased the heat to the highest setting. Still no-go. The silvery color disappears leaving a black line behind.I contacted the seller to see if there was some trick I was missing but was directed to increase the heat setting. Been there, done that. They promptly refunded my purchase.Unfortunately, I had completed an order for 15 hand embroidered Christmas ornaments and all of them had black ink left behind as a guide for the embroidery design. Amazingly, my Aunt who was the customer (yay!) actually liked the effect on the poinsettia leaves so I wasn’t out time and materials (wool felt + embroidery thread)! I still cried because I pride myself on my attention to detail.** Please note: This issue was limited to the silver color ink ONLY. All other inks functioned as advertised.Very responsive seller. They apologized for the difficulty and refunded the purchase lightening-fast. They even reached out to me again later to make sure the problem had been resolved to my satisfaction.Excellent customer care! I will order from this seller again—I’ll just make sure it is for any other color than silver. 😉

Good on Leather
These work great on leather, top grain. The silver color is bold on dark leathers, and grayish on light leathers. Makes it easy to see where cutting. The ink wipes right off. A little too well sometimes. Seems to stay wet longer than another brand I had, making it easy to accidently wipe off when not meaning to do so. They seem to last longer than the pen I originally refilled it with. That's definitely a plus.

Essential part of my sewing studio
I use these for marking on vinyl and leather (and occasionally on dark fabric where it won't be seen). As a bagmaker, these are used on nearly every project. At first it seems like 100 is overkill. But they will get used.
