They are not to heavy.

I like that this product performs as advertised. I wear these when I work out .

The quality seems good, and was easy to wrap on and use the velcro closure. However, the thumbhole was in the wrong place for me (the velcro closure piece is flat, so that flat side wanted to be on the back or front of my wrist, which made the hole either pull my thumb too far forward, or too far back. Also, I couldn't find the weight listed on the package or the weights. I ordered the 1lb each, and I think that is what I received, but just strange that it was not indicated.

I have tiny arms & hands so they were too large for comfort. But they still work for me. Glad I purchased.

I am disabled and trying to get strong so I can get my life somewhat back. A lady I know introduced me to the 1lb. I purchased the 2lb each arm. I do swimming aerobics when I can. I would buy these again

I have used other brand and this ones seem to fit small on the wrist make in it a bit difficult to put them on, I will keep them and hope they get a bit more loose when use.

This product was recommended for me by a occupational therapist, but they were too heavy for me and my situation so I had to return them. Good quality though, just not right for me.
