I work from home and start my day around five in the morning, so good lighting is a must. I don’t want a bright overhead light that makes the room feel harsh, but I also can’t work in total darkness because of the screen contrast. The Hue light bulb has been the perfect middle ground. I set it on an automatic timer so it adjusts gradually each day, and it’s honestly been a game changer. It gives me just the right amount of light to focus without feeling overstimulated, and I can shift it from warm to bright white depending on what I need. The app is simple and works seamlessly, which makes a big difference when I’m half awake and trying to get a head start on work. It’s one of those upgrades you don’t realize you need until you try it. If you work early mornings, have a home office, or just want to make your space feel calmer and more functional, this is worth it.

These bulbs work great with my Hue hub and motion detector. I like that I can set them to be dim at night and brighter during the day. The app makes them easy to set up.

Great bulb, but brightness doesn't seem like it lives up to the claim. This is an 800 lumen bulb, and I have another 800 lumen bulbs to compare it to. This bulb at 7 watts with cool white, is noticeably dimmer than my 9.8 60W cool white led Sengled bulb. Another odd inconsistency, this bulb's warm white setting is noticeably brighter than its cool white setting. So, I could believe the warm white hits 800 lumens. But I do not believe the cool white hits 800 lumens. I'm returning this to get their 75W version, since it's actually 10 watts (compared to Sengled 60W/10W that does 800 lumen) and can probably reliably hits the lumen output I need, even if the warm vs cool is inconsistent.

Love being able to turn on the lights in the morning without getting up, helps get me up for the day

Update Feb 5,2023 just got new lights if canned the pictures show location of serial #. I like this so I can turn lights on away from home Also to change light tone warmer for movie night. Brighter for other things. I am very happy with them. Still working. Warning be careful I bought 2 that will not go to warm white. but dim-able. I have attached a video for anyone who with any Philips light has dropped out of system and will not auto detect. this is how to add it manually to Philips hue app., Which in turn will help add it to Alexa. but to manually add to Alexa it is the same principle If you have a wiz connect Philips light it will not manual go into wither Alexa or Hue it requires an app called wiz app. I had changed my mind and tried using them. They look fine but I don't wish to have another app. so I am replacing them. If you wish to use the hue app. I recommend using the wiz version unless you already have the wiz app

Most of our house lights are automated now, with only Hue light bulbs. We are working on adding them to all the lights in the house. These light bulbs are great, the accessories they have are great and so is the app! Would highly recommend.

Compre el paquete de dos focos. Estas son las versiones de 800 lumens, por lo que el brillo de cada uno es menor a los focos mas nuevos que son de mas de 1000 lumens, sin embargo dado que mis lamparas tienen para colocar 3 focos, el brillo no es un problema. Estos pueden cambiar entre luz calida y luz fria, por lo que para iluminar un area comun son mas que suficientes. Tienen la calidad Hue asi que funcionan tal cual uno espera.

Sirve perfecto con Google Home, cuando se descarga su propia aplicación puedes manipular el brillo, el color de los blancos y una rutina.

este justo es el foco que buscaba la verdad me costo mucho encontrarla porque en amazon la especificacion no esta bien entendible, lo que buscaba era un foco philip hue blanco pero blanco no amarillo. y este es el que buscaba ya que anteriormente compre unos y no daban en blanco, pues para los que lo buscan este es. debe de decir white ambiance.

Compré 2 paquetes de 2 focos cada uno a un excelente precio… Ofrecen una excelente luminosidad y el poder cambiar la temperatura de blanco me parece bastante útil. La instalación con mi sistema Hue que tengo desde hace 2 años fue muy sencilla, sin embargo con Alexa es muy complicado configurar las rutinas, HomeKit es mil veces mejor para esta tarea. El único detalle es que las cajas llegaron sucias y un poco maltratadas, no comprendo porque un producto de esta categoría venía empacado en una bolsa de plástico sin mayor protección, afortunadamente los 4 focos llegaron bien y aparentemente funcionales.
