Digital code after purchase steps 1-4. Wont recognize Roblox premium membership

I don’t ever give a one star review, but the reason why I’m doing so now is due to following the exact instructions underneath the code that I’m given for this gift card after I purchased, and having my gift card redeem, but not registering that I have a premium Roblox membership. Purchasing the digital gift card off of Amazon and receiving 5250 Robux only. When I in fact should’ve gotten 5800 Robux for having a premium membership. Buyer beware that you should copy the code for the digital card, but do not follow steps one through four underneath your code. Make sure that you go to roblox.com/redeem and upload your digital code there to ensure that you get your extra Robux you’re entitled to. Right now I am waiting to hear back from Customer Service to add my additional Robux considering that I did exactly what was told to me on Amazon without knowing that it wouldn’t recognize my premium membership.
