Missing pieces? Inaccurate description?
Not completely universal and I don't know if I'm missing parts as item was completely opened inside USPS package.(seller states 20% restocking fee for opened items) I tried to return and seller would not pay for shipping even though their inaccurate description on item(more pictures would have been a huge help) so needless to say I have a product I'm stuck with that will not work.

Otter Universal Tow Hitch Adapter
I used it on my Frabill Commando ice fishing sled so I can pull it with a snowmobile. The installation was straight forward and was accomplished without any trouble. I used a snowmobile to pull the sled the last time I went ice fishing. The Otter adapter and Otter tow hitch worked as advertised.
