Great Chilis
My chilis came still pliable and there was no mold issue at all. Ive used them for a few different dishes already and they are delicious after a few minutes of roasting in the oven then soaking in hot water for 20 minutes. I soak all my peppers together in hot water and then use or save the "chili water" for using either in the dish or rice or other yummy uses! Its so flavorful!

Great dried chilis. Used them in a batch of Texas red chili I recently made. Will definitely buy again.

Nice chillies!
The quality was pretty good. Two were real small but other than that, they made a nice chili sauce. I will buy them again.

Makes chili so much better
I have Americas Test Kitchen chili recipe which call for 6 dried Ancho Chilies. These have been my go to when making the recipe and have always been great and package for some reason contains exactly 6 - perfect.
