Works great not major issues. Crimps well and without issue every time once you figure out which way to put your ends in. It took a 1\2 second to figure out but it wasn't bad. Also it helps to bend the end tabs up just a bit on the end of the connector so they fit in the tool a bit better, and so they don't slip out when crimping. Over all great product for the price . Pro: Works well inexpensive Fairly easy to use after you get use to your connections and the way it crimps Con: No instructions really, you just have to kinda figure it out but its not that hard, just make sure your putting the connector in the right way and your good.

These work really well. Took some practice to get it perfect, though. The connectors I'm using have 2 sets of tabs. I found I had to crimp the connectors twice: once to crimp the tabs to attach the wire, then again on the other set to really set it. It was tough holding the connector while trying to also crimp it, especially under the dash of my car, but I was able to do it with a little practice. There are no instructions. Please note that you need to squeeze the handles all the way to seat the tabs into the wire so that they release back open. These feel like quality tools, not cheap and flimsy at all.

I recently found myself needing to crimp a 16AWG Molex Mini-fit JR female plug for my generator. Imagine my surprise when I discovered the official Molex mini-fit JR crimp tool came with a hefty $750 price tag! This might be reasonable for those in a production environment, but it was hard to justify for a single crimp. Enter the iCrimp SN-48B crimp tool. Based on reviews and answers suggesting it was compatible with Molex Mini-fit Jr, I gave it a try. Admittedly, there was a bit of a learning curve - after practicing about 15 times, I managed to get the result I wanted. The resulting crimp might not have been 100% perfect, but it certainly did the job, and my generator's connection was securely repaired.

The die is not shaped properly, it is not capable of crimping.

This tool does exactly as described. The construction feels very sturdy and the grip feels great in the hands. I wish I knew that this existed in the past to avoid having to pound in crimps with a hammer or use household pliers.

works well on the 22 gauge and lighter connector, for those connectors that are heavier i would suggest the longer handled tool
