This is a well-made, useful item for when doing physical therapy stretches. The material is soft enough for one’s hands not to get raw., and there are plenty of loops to hold on to. The color is bright green, and the length is satisfactory.

Exactly what I was looking for -- it works for all types of exercises. I'm a sufferer from compression in my lower back and very tight leg tendons, and this stretching strap helps all of it like no other piece of equipment I've ever used. The quality of material is excellent as well!

I purchased this after using one in physical therapy. My current job requires a lot of computer work so my muscles get tight from sitting so much. This is a great device for stretching your quads and other muscles. Easy to use and plenty long for us tall people (I am 5'10" and still have plenty of length). This can be used while laying in your bed or on the floor on your yoga mat. It is well made and at a great price.

I would have given it a 5 but the strap is a little wider than I thought it was going to be.

I recently had both hips replaces (October 2023 and January 2024), things were good coming off the cane. Then unexpectedly, I started getting pain that could not be explained. It went from my back to my foot over weeks. I exercised, stretched, and walked but nothing helped. Eventually I could not lift or move my left leg. The pain was excruciating trying to get at the bed, Sit down, Bathe, and prepare meals. I cried and screamed it hurt so bad but then I remembered the tools I used When I had the replacements. The only thing I didn't have was something to left. My legs because that was never an issue. I searched and found this!!! Let me tell you is life saver. I use it to get in and out of vehicles, to get in and out of bed, just to lift the leg without struggle and less pain. I also will use it to stretch and do other strengthening exercises now that the doctor has done a procedure to ease the sciatica. Thank you, this is a great help!
